Our first home was purchased on a Contract for Deed. Back then we had little money, less credit and I was an entrepreneur. No one was willing to lend me money. Thankfully we found someone willing to give us a chance.

Some of the early business stories you’ll hear from me started here. First Financial started right inside that lower-level window. We were here for five years, paid it off in cash, (for sale by owner) and moved on with happy memories.

Since then we’ve done well in real estate. We’re not flippers. We buy and hold, though we have sold some commercial property recently. Today we have personal homes, some commercial property and these days we’re buying condos/town homes right on the beach – the step out your door and into the sand variety. We remodel up and place them with a vacation rental company to manage.
